Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's complex calendar, proactively scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to deadlines.
- Screen and manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, effectively filtering and prioritizing information for the executive.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items to ensure efficient execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications, such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or similar.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role within a corporate environment.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
