Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily office administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
Handle appointments, calendars, and scheduling for meetings and office activities
Prepare, organize, and maintain paperwork, records, and filing systems
Take accurate minutes of meetings and distribute them in a timely manner
Assist with office management tasks and coordination between teams
Support management with administrative and operational needs
Communicate professionally in English, both written and verbal
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent spoken and written English
Ability to take clear and accurate meeting minutes
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in basic office software (email, word processing, spreadsheets, calendars)
Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
