Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibility:
Manage and organize daily emails and correspondence in a professional manner.
Draft and send business emails with proper formatting and tone.
Handling all types of scheduling; including meetings, appointments, tasks, and internal activities.
Maintain organized records and digital files.
Support the team with general administrative tasks and office coordination.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation when needed.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) strong office skills are a must!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to write and respond to emails professionally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
