Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibility:

  • Manage and organize daily emails and correspondence in a professional manner.

  • Draft and send business emails with proper formatting and tone.

  • Handling all types of scheduling; including meetings, appointments, tasks, and internal activities.

  • Maintain organized records and digital files.

  • Support the team with general administrative tasks and office coordination.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation when needed.

    Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) strong office skills are a must!

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to write and respond to emails professionally.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
