Roles & Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure the office is well-maintained and presentable at all times
Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers
Monitor office supplies and pantry items
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
Perform basic data entry in Excel or internal systems
Support simple administrative reporting as required
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a receptionist or office administrator
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
