Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
International Company based in Dubai is looking to hire Office Secretary for its Operation in Dubai.
Principal Experiences:
• Manage office day to day activities.
• Respond to inquiries via telephone or email
• Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings.
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
• Write emails, memos and letters.
• Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems.
• Manage database entry and client files.
• Order and maintain supplies.
• Make and confirm travel arrangements.
• Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence.
• Perform routine bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist with presentations and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: • Diploma / Bachelor's degree.
Experience: • 1 - 8 years of experience in Admin position.
Work Location: • Female candidates who is ready to mobilize to Dubai, only required to apply.
