Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the business development and operational execution of our heavy anchor bolts and fasteners division. The role requires hands-on involvement in market development, project acquisition, and execution, with responsibility to establish and grow this business vertical from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop the heavy anchor bolt and fastener business in Saudi Arabia
  • Identify and secure new projects and long-term clients
  • Generate enquiries, RFQs, and project opportunities related to long anchor bolts (>200 mm) and fabrication
  • Build relationships with EPC contractors, infrastructure companies, fabrication yards, and industrial clients
  • Coordinate technical, commercial, and operational activities from enquiry to delivery
  • Supervise fabrication, threading, machining, and supply coordination where required
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project follow-ups
  • Support internal setup, processes, and supplier development for anchoring systems

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5–10+ years of experience in heavy anchor bolts, structural fasteners, or anchoring systems
  • Strong exposure to Saudi Arabia and Gulf region markets
  • Proven ability to build a business or product line from scratch
  • Established network within construction, EPC, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors
  • Technically sound with understanding of standards, drawings, and project requirements
  • Self-driven, independent, and execution-oriented professional

Preferred Background:

  • Experience working with mega projects, EPC contractors, or industrial plants
  • Knowledge of ASTM / BS / DIN fastener standards
  • Prior responsibility for market entry, division setup, or regional expansion
