Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring a friendly first impression that sets the tone for their dining experience.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing a keen attention to detail to minimize errors and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, maintaining a sense of urgency while ensuring the presentation is immaculate and aligned with restaurant standards.
- Monitor tables for guest needs, proactively checking in and addressing any issues to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal culinary or hospitality education is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, demonstrating an ability to thrive under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, preferably certified in food handling or safety protocols.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous to cater to diverse clientele.
