Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, targeting key steel industry clients and markets to exceed sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities within the steel manufacturing sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and training to ensure optimal performance and team development.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, identify industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience within the steel manufacturing industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrates exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in contract management and pricing strategies.
