Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue across all market segments.
The ideal candidate is proactive, customer focused, and experienced in hotel or hospitality sales.
- Bachelor s degree in business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 3 years of hotel sales experience (preferred in corporate/MICE/leisure segments), with mandatory UAE experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional, self motivated, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
