Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and other office materials.
  • Coordinate office activities and events to promote a positive work environment.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability as needed.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
