Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist Board Members and VIP guests in a professional and elegant manner.
Maintain a refined and executive-level reception area.
Coordinate internally to ensure seamless VIP visits and meeting arrangements.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries confidently and professionally.
Support executive scheduling and meeting coordination when required.
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Adhere to corporate etiquette and hospitality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Highly presentable with a polished and professional appearance.
Excellent spoken English (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in executive reception, luxury hospitality, private banking, or premium corporate environments is preferred.
Calm, composed, and emotionally intelligent personality.
Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
Open to all nationalities.
